CAMRON: I read the text that came through on my phone. “Trouble?” Drake asked me. “Something came up at the pack
that I have to deal with real quick.” I tell him. “Of course, go back to my office.” He tells me. I get up and head back to his
office and call my pack Bet I take my phone out and call my beta. “Tomas, I need you to check in with everyone we have
contracts with, to make sure everything is going ok with them, and give them the heads up that trouble could be heading
our way, due to the new member, she is from Stone Claw, I also want you to heighten security around the pack,
implement the cameras on the boarders. And just keep a good watch.” “You expecting trouble boss?” “Yes, I just don’t
know when. I will check in later, but if something happens, even if it seem insignificant, let me know.” “Also contact the
smaller packs to be on high alert, and if any of them don’t respond I need to know about it immediately, I don’t care if
it’s the Alpha, but some ranked wolf has to respond.” “Ok boss I’m on it.” “Thanks Tomas.” I then text the prince back. (“I
greatly appreciate the offer, and welcome any assistance that I can get, as we have also offered our protection to several
of the smaller packs around us.”) I send back to him. And then head back to the meeting. I walk back in and take my seat.
“Is everything ok?” Drake asked. “Yes, I just had to answer a question on a shipment for my beta. But then, do to this
discussion I have him doing some checking for me, and I believe that we all should do some checking in with the smaller
packs that we have contracts with so that they may be informed and not taken by surprise, so that they can implement
whatever defensive measures they may have.” I tell him. “I also think that we need to inform the rest of the pack Alphas
that are here, so if they are in the path of this possible war they too can prepare.” I say to him. “I do not want to start a
panic.” “They’re Alphas, if they panic then they shouldn’t be alphas.” “True.” I will call the meeting for tomorrow after
breakfast.” “Good, those of us that are here now would not need to come as we already know, and don’t need to be
informed it’s just the rest of them.” I tell him. And he nods. “I believe that Alpha Camron is right we need to start
checking in with the smaller packs, the more of a heads up they have the better and quicker this mess ends.” Drake says
to the table at large.
TREVER: I wait until the room clears and I approach Alpha Drake. “I know that with everything that has been revealed and
a possible war coming, what I am going to ask, say may seem insignificant to you but it means everything to me. I want
to mark Keska, let us test the theory to see if it works.” I say to him “If it does then we will be another step ahead before
this war can even get started. We would be able to link between those packs that would need help and those that can
provide it.” I say to him. I watch his face and see his internal struggle with what I have just asked. But he finally relents
