Keith had never told anyone anything personal about him. But here Alina sat exposing his true self like she was inside his head. Why couldn’t the moon goddess pair them as mates? Keith thought to himself. Alina was everything he could hope for in a mate and future Luna. Without thinking Keith grabs ahold of Alina’s face and pulls her in for a kiss. Even though the kiss was quick and sweet, it still left Alina breathless and shocked.
“Thank you” Keith states happily as Alina sat there speechless from the innocent kiss.
Damian was moodier this past week then he has been in a long time, and he was the only person who knew why. His wolf has been quiet not wanting to speak to him till he fixed the situation with their mate. Damien paced his office for hours knowing he didn’t have time for his wolf emotional needs. When they had to meet with their rivaling pack tonight. He needed his wolf to be on the same page as him, and to be ready for anything that could happen. They didn’t have time to worry about how their mate felt about them right now. Damien continued to pace around till a knock interrupted his thoughts.
“WHAT” He snapped annoyed. His Beta walks in carefully not knowing the mood he was in, and didn’t want to make it worse.
“The Redmoon Pack are at the border” His Beta informs him. Damian stops in his tracks pulling out his phone wondering why they were so early. When he sees the time on his phone he couldn’t believe he wasted hours pacing his office. It was almost six p.m. and the meeting was at six thirty.
“Get the others I’ll be down in a minute” He tells his Beta as he shoves his phone back in his pocket. As soon as his Beta was gone, Damian started to pull himself together. He just hoped his wolf will come to his senses.
Stepping outside where his Beta, Gemma, and a few of his fighters were waiting. He doesn’t need to say anything and just walks past them, and straight to the woods. The walk to where the boarder of Blackhaw ended was only about a twenty minutes in human form. They only took wolf form during a meeting if there would be a threat, and the Alpha of the Redmoon pack assure this was just business.
“Alpha Pierce” Damian greeted walking to the edge of the boarder.
“Alpha Shaw, thank you for meeting with us today. This is my Beta Hayden Sherwood and Gemma Kennith Jacobs” Alpha Pierce greeted, and they nodded at
each other.
“This is my Beta Ashton Wilder and Gemma Aaron Kirkpatrick” Damian greeted, and they did the same nodded thing to each other as well.
“What is it I can do for you” Damian asked not wanting to waste any time.
“I’m in search of a Luna, and plan on throwing a party in hope in finding my true mate. If I can’t find my true mate that night I will then pick an unmated she–wolf who is Luna worthy” Alpha Pierce started to explain.
“What does this have to do with me or my pack?” Damian question annoyed wondering why Alpha Pierce is wasting his time with such nonsense.
“Well I plan on inviting a few of the biggest packs, and you are one the closest and biggest to my territory” He points out. “I would like to try to put our differences aside, and work out some agreement” He quickly adds. Damian stood there for a minute thinking about what was laid out there for him. Before he could give him an answer they were interrupted by shouting. Alpha Pierce and his Beta, and Gemma quickly turn to see what the shouting was about that was coming from behind them.
“Alpha Pierce, I’m sorry to bother you during your meeting, but this she–wolf was trespassing onto our land” The boy informed his Alpha angrily holding a naked girl by the head of the hair.
“I was not trespassing, you brainless mutt. I told you I was playing with some friends, and lost track where I was” The girl shouted trying to get out of the boys hold.
“Sorry about this, one second” Alpha Pierce apologizes to Damian walking over to the girl. Damian just nods in understanding as he watches Alpha Pierce walk over to the boy, and girl. Something about the girl caught Damian’s attention, and he hoped that his thoughts were wrong.
“Who are you, and why did you cross over to my land?” Alpha Pierce asks in a stern tone. The girl lifts her head shaking her dark brown hair out of her face. Damian felt his heart stop when his eyes confirmed it was exactly who he hoped it wasn’t. His beautiful little mate. “Shit” He mutters to himself.
“The name is Nunya, and I already explained your other question. You should get your hearing check ol‘ man” Alina sneered. There were a few coughed laughs behind Damian, but he couldn’t help but feel pride at his mouthy mate.
“What kind of name is Nunya?” Alpha Pierce asks tilting his head.
“Alph” The boy began.
