“Max!” I yelled, reaching over to shake his body.
“Max, wake up!” 1 shook his body, trying to get a response,
“Rosy, what’s going on?!” Blake demanded, moving to the other side of his brother and helping me shake him.
Max groaned, and his body twitched.
“Oh, thank God” I sighed and sat back.
“Ouch,” he groaned as Blake helped him to sit up.
“Someone want to tell us what the hell is going on?” Blake growled impatiently.
“Not so loud, asshole.” Max groaned, flinching away from Blake.

Immediately two arms wrapped around me, and I was pulled into Blake’s
warm chest.
“Selene had woke my wolf up ages ago. She said she knew her mistake when I had my first fainting episode. She said it was only then that she realized Evelyn had stopped renewing the spell, and my body was starting to decay. Selene woke up my wolf Kiki to help me, and Kiki was the one that sent me into heat so that you and I could mate and lift the curse./Selene didn’t want to lift it herself until the time was right. Guess the time finally came” I looked up at Blake.
“Angel, I’m so relieved” Blake pulled me into his arms, hugging me tightly.
“I’m so happy” he hid his face into the crook of my neck and took a deep breath in.
“Don’t get too happy just yet. Rosy isn’t safe just yet. After you hear what Selene has planned for Rosy, you may hate her as much as I do,” Max grumbled, pulling his shirt on.
Blake pulled away and looked up at Max.
