Chapter 115 Make Him Taste His Own Medicine
I didn’t say another word to Philip. Instead, I left to get the medicine.
When I messaged Darian, I made it clear he should keep a low profile, avoiding anything that might draw
attention.
Though today’s confrontation wasn’t too noisy, it was still possible someone might notice.
I had to stay as inconspicuous as possible to keep those deeply tied to Philip from noticing anything
unusual.
If they let their guard down, it would make my next steps easier.
So, instead of delivering the medicine himself, Darian sent someone unimportant to handle it.
The packaging was rough, making it look like something cheap.
Darian even had the nerve to slap an adult product label on it, cleverly throwing off any curious eyes.
When I brought the box back to the basement, Philip’s expression shifted. He looked uneasy and muttered “What are you up to?”
I raised an eyebrow. “You’ll see soon enough.”
His face twisted into a strange, almost expectant look, and his eyes seemed to glimmer with anticipation
I paused, suddenly realizing what he might be thinking–did Philip actually believe I was going to use adult products to appease him?
In his wildest dreams!
Disgusted, I ripped open the packaging, and the medicine bottles tumbled out.
When Philip saw the familiar packaging, his expression instantly changed. All traces of anticipation vanished, replaced by disbelief as he stared at me. “Where the hell did you get this?”
“Surprised?” I tilted my head, a playful smile on my lips.
His eyes widened in panic as he seemed to realize my intentions. “Aurora, wait! I swear I’ll get the mediame
made fast!”
“It’s too late for that now,” I said calmly, unscrewing the bottle and pouring the pills into my hand.
These pills might not be as potent as the drugs they injected into my mother, but I’d make up for it with sheer volume.
I took a step closer to Philip, then turned to Cyril and whispered, “Mind helping me out?”
Cyril let out a soft chuckle, not even bothering to ask what I needed help with. He strode over to Philip, clamped his jaw with a vice–like grip, and forced his mouth open, leaving him unable to utter a single
coherent sound.
I held the bottle of pills in my hand, my voice calm and steady as I said, “Philip, I don’t trust you. Only when the pain is yours will you truly do everything in your power to alleviate it.”
With that, I tipped the entire bottle of pills into his mouth. The medication dissolved instantly, and even if he

wanted to resist, he had no choice but to swallow it all down. I watched with grim satisfaction as he
swallowed every last pill, unable to resist.
475 Roints?
Tears welled up in Philip’s eyes, his face a mask of sheer terror. The moment Cyril released him, he glared at me, spitting out venomous words through gritted teeth, “Aurora, you’re a monster! You’ll rot in hell for this!”
I let out a light laugh. “My future isn’t yours to judge. You’ve made your bed, now lie in it. After all, you were the one who led the development of these pills.”
He gagged violently, trying to vomit the pills back up, but it was no use. Nothing came out.
With the drugs set to take full effect soon, I reached into his pocket and pulled out his phone, unlocking it with his fingerprint. It seemed he’d never imagined he’d find himself in such a dangerous situation, as his phone was barely secured. A quick glance revealed most of its contents, though there was one encrypted group chat.
I skimmed through it, spotting Charles’s profile picture–and Galian‘. Philip hadn’t lied about this. Galian was indeed involved in this whole operation.
The confirmation hit me like a tidal wave, a heavy, suffocating feeling settling in my chest. It was as if the moon, once a beacon of light, had crumbled into a heap of muck.
I pushed the emotions aside, focusing instead on memorizing each account in the chat. With this information, I could slowly trace every individual involved.
Once I was done, I handed the phone back to him, a cold smile curling my lips. “Philip, if you’ve got half a brain, you’ll know better than to struggle pointlessly from now on.”
I paused, letting my words hang in the air. “You know better than I do just how potent these pills are. In half an hour, when the drugs take full effect… you’ll get what’s coming to you, no need for me to explain.“Philip glared at me with a look that screamed he wanted to tear me limb from limb. But honestly, his expression didn’t faze me one bit. Only the weak rely on a menacing look to scare others.
I spoke to him calmly, “I don’t care if you’ve got an antidote stashed away, but now, you’ll be scrambling to get your people to whip one up, won’t you? Oh, and just a heads–up–I’ve already forged a solid alliance with the Knightfall Group. Until I get what I want, their people will be breathing down your neck. Don’t even think about putting up a fight. It’s a waste of time.”
The light in his eyes faded, as if he was finally grasping the dire straits he was in. I shot Cyril a glance, my voice softening, “Mind letting him down?”
Cyril arched a brow, “Had enough fun?”
I shrugged, “It’s lost its charm.”
Cyril did as I asked and let him down. Philip’s toenails were still pierced with needles, and as soon as his feet hit the ground, he gasped in agony, sweat dripping down his face. I shoved him into the cage–the same cramped, claustrophobic one I’d been locked in, where even sitting straight was out of the question.
He huddled in a miserable heap, and I smirked as I asked, “Philip, doesn’t it feel like karma’s come full circle? You’re no better now than the puppets you used to break.”
