Chapter 84 Charles Found Out
As the thought of this hit me, it felt as though a heavy stone was pressed against my chest, making it almost impossible for me to breathe.
Cadell had been watching me closely and, noticing my discomfort, he asked with concern, “Aurora, are you okay? If not, we can leave right now.”
But now that we had come this far, how could I just leave?
I shook my head. “I’m just not used to it yet.”
Hearing this, Cadell didn’t push further. Instead, he began to explain his operations to me.
“What you see here is the D category. These women are of the lowest value. They’ll never leave this place The only use they have is to offer their bodies for our d**g testing.”
I tightened my grip on the wheelchair handles, barely suppressing my anger, resisting the urge to shove him away.
However, he seemed proud as he continued. “These women are divided into four categories: A, B, C, and D. The C category is slightly better. Occasionally, they’re sent to underground auctions. Those in the B category are regulars at these events, drawing attention every time they appear
“And what about the A category?” I couldn’t help but ask. Sylvia had been labeled as an A.
Cadell’s expression grew even more smug as he spoke of the A category. “A is the crown jewel of our operation. They are rigorously chosen, perfect in every way. We train them extensively, until they’re completely submissive and can fulfill any man’s fantasy”
He paused briefly, then added with a grin, “Our clients are numerous, and they often pre–order women from the A category. Once they’re fully trained, we deliver them directly, in exchange for projects that most people could never access.”
Hearing this, my breathing quickened. So Sylvia had been raised in such an environment?
Her sole purpose in life had been to cater to another man’s desires.
Disobedience led to punishment–perhaps even being injected with drugs
What kind of unimaginable suffering had that delicate girl endured?
My heart ached for her, but I forced myself not to show any weakness. I clenched my teeth and suppressed
my emotions.
At that moment, my hatred for the entire Hartman family deepened further.
Cadell didn’t notice the turmoil in my expression or emotions. With complete confidence, he continued to showcase everything. “Aurora, you should understand now just how valuable this industry chain is”
“Yes,” I said, keeping my voice as steady as I could. “It’s beyond what I imagined”
Cadell looked immensely proud. “So, can I trust you’ll hand me your shares now?”
“Not so fast.” I struggled to suppress the rage within me, even as I felt my blood boiling in my throat
I forced myself to remain calm, speaking in a tone that was as neutral as possible. “I want to see more. This

is the first time I’m seeing all of this, and I’m curious”
Cadell didn’t object. As if trying to prove his loyalty, he assured me, “Aurora, you can rest easy. Even though i run this operation, I’ve never touched any of these women. My heart belongs only to you”
Disqust churned in my stomach, but I managed to feign a shy smile. “Really? That’s no sweet, Cadell
He looked utterly pleased with himself. “Of course. In my eyes, these women are no different from pigs. I have no interest in them at all”
I sneered inwardly, my eyes cold with disdain.
These women seemed so accustomed to being degraded that their faces showed no reaction to these words.
I couldn’t know exactly what they’d been through, but just seeing their numb expressions, I could imagine the Inhumane treatment they’d endured.
The Hartman family was truly despicable!
I thought about how these same methods had once been used on Sylvia, and rage almost consumed me.
Cadell and I didn’t linger long, and the micro–camera hidden in my button didn’t fully capture these scenes
Because Charles arrived.
When I heard footsteps behind me, I quickly turned off the camera and deleted all the data on my phone.
The files had already been synced to Darian’s computer, so I wasn’t worried about losing them.
Although the footage wasn’t complete, it was currently my most critical evidence. I had to handle it carefully and ensure that the Hartman family never realized it existed.
As soon as I finished erasing the data, a commanding voice rang out behind me.
“Cadell! Who allowed you to bring someone here?”
I immediately recognized Charles’s voice.
Cadell’s body stiffened. I couldn’t see his face, but I could feel his tension. He gripped the wheelchair’s handles tightly.
Before he could say anything, Charles had already walked up to us with his entourage.
I saw Charles’s face, stormy with fury, his eyes blazing.
He looked at Cadell with profound disappointment. “Haven’t I made it clear that no one is allowed here? Not
even your girlfriend!”
Cadell took a deep breath, his voice strained as he tried to explain. “But… Grandpa, Aurora and I are about to get married. She’ll soon be part of the Hartman family….
****t!” Charles spat. “You really think Aurora got close to you out of love? The only reason she approached you was for the family’s business operations. If she truly cared about you, would she have caused such a huge scandal that tarnished your name worldwide?”
Cadell shook his head, unwilling to accept Charles’s accusations. He tried to argue. That was only because I went too far. I’ve changed now, and Aurora has agreed to forgive me…”
“You’re an absolute fool!” Charles’s voice seethed with anger. His sharp gaze turned to me, a glint of malice

flickering in his eyes.
“No matter what, Aurora is still an outsider. No one outside the family can know about our operations. Since you’ve brought her in, don’t blame me for being ruthless.”
Cadell’s face instantly contorted in panic, “Grandpa, what are you planning to do?”
“Planning?” Charles sneered coldly. “She seems to enjoy observing the operation. In that case, Aurora, why don’t you stay here and become part of the operation yourself?”
