Julian’s eyes darkened as he took her hand and pressed it to his cheek. “Because you taught me so well, my lady.”
Sienna looked at him, puzzled. “What do you mean?”
Julian leaned over her, gently pressing her down onto the bed. He brought his lips close to her ear and whispered, “Because when we’re in bed, even though you’re obviously loving it, you still keep begging me to be gentle.”
Sienna’s cheeks instantly burned. She pushed him away, grumbling, “Julian, you never behave yourself.”
Julian’s hand moved to her earlobe, gently caressing its soft fullness. He let out a low chuckle. “My lady, do you want me to please you tonight?”
Sienna turned her face away, warning him, “Don’t you dare.”
“Relax, my lady. It won’t hurt the baby. The doctor said pregnant women need to let off some steam. Come on… let me hold you,” said Julian with his nose tip caressing her earlobe.
Aiden slumped in his seat at the restaurant, looking so downcast that other diners couldn’t help but sneak glances at him-
He couldn’t really refuse to help, but still, he felt pretty conflicted.
He had no idea what kind of person this boss would turn out to be.
He thought, ‘Maybe she’d be fat, burly, bald, or even sporting a full head of gray hair?‘
But Aiden never expected that boss to be a gorgeous blonde woman.
He wasn’t really into foreign women. Compared to their tall, slender figures, he preferred girls who were gentle and sweet, the kind that made men want to take care of them.
“Hello! I’m Demi Bale. You must be Mr. Aiden Hart?” Demi’s eyes sparkled the moment she saw him–he was even more attractive in person than in his photos.
She was already falling hard for this man, willing to become completely love–struck and even walk down the aisle with him.
Aiden breathed a sigh of relief. She was nothing like what he’d feared–instead, she was a textbook foreign beauty, with curves in all the right places and long, fair legs that actually got his heart racing a little.
Aiden extended his hand as he introduced himself. “Hi, I’m Aiden Hart.”
They chatted for a bit, both pretty much knowing what the other was after. Aiden had been with plenty of women over the years, so he could instantly tell that Demi was seriously into him–like, she looked ready to have her way on him.
Of course, Demi could see that Aiden wasn’t all that interested in her, but so what? She liked him enough to just ignore it.
Demi glanced at the glass she’d already drugged. “Mr. Hart, here’s to a successful partnership with your daughter. Cheers!”
Aiden knew it was done, so he smiled and clinked his glass with hers.
But after drinking, he immediately felt dizzy, his mind growing fuzzy. Demi was quick to move closer. “Mr. Hart, are you alright? What’s wrong? Are you drunk? Come on, let me help you upstairs to get some rest.”
Demi supported him up the stairs, a triumphant smile tugging at the corners of her mouth.
Aiden was all hers now.

Meanwhile, Winifred was starting to build her own power base. When Fay caught wind of her plans, he sought her out.
Fay said seriously, “Winifred Hart, no offense, but the way you’re doing things is pretty slow. I’ve got a foolproof plan that might suit you better!
Winifred toyed with a small object in her hand, then looked up at him. “Go on, I’m listening.”
Fay said, “The Umbrella Organization has this unwritten rule: if you manage to complete 50 Class A dangerous missions in a year, you get promoted to team leader.
“That means you could form your own squad–one that’s yours alone–even though you’d still technically be part of the Umbrella Organization.
