Tammy gave a self–mocking laugh. “Yeah, that’s right. Just because I liked you- because as a woman, I fell for a woman–it made you sick, you pushed me away, you couldn’t stand me. But… Enna, what did I do wrong? I just wanted to be with you.”
He shut his eyes in despair, drawing in a shaky breath.
After coming back to the country and finding out Sienna was pregnant, the first thing he

But he was afraid–afraid of letting her see what he’d become.
“Tammy, you’ve got some nerve saying that! If you angrily.

drugged Enna back then, she could’ve stopped her mother from killing herself!” Nora shouted
Tammy snapped back, “No! It wasn’t because of me! Selina had already made up her mind–this wasn’t my fault!”
That was the one scar he could never face.
‘Why did it have to be that day?‘ he thought, pain twisting in his chest.
‘Why does the heavens always have to torment me like this?‘ he thought bitterly.
Fifteen years ago, Tammy Tobin, the Tobin family’s illegitimate child, was brought back home and transferred to the same school as Sienna and the others. She instantly became everyone’s favorite target.
But Tammy wasn’t some pitiful pushover.

Tammy’s world came crashing down.
She used to blame it all on not being a man.
So she made up her mind–she was going to become one, no matter what.
But the Tobin family caught on and decided there was something seriously wrong with her.
They forced her to go abroad, and she knew Sienna had played a part in it. She just couldn’t figure out why Sienna wanted her gone.
It wasn’t until later that she learned Sienna’s mother, Selina, had taken her own life on that very day.
The crushing guilt haunted her for more than ten years–she just couldn’t move on.
A few years ago, she went through with becoming a man, all so Tammy could face Sienna as a man.
But Tammy didn’t die–he came back.
But now, he was afraid. He had no idea how to return or who he was supposed to be anymore.
“Enna, I’m sorry,” Tammy choked out, tears welling up in his eyes before he even realized it.
It wasn’t until this very moment that it truly hit him that Sienna had her own family now, and she had adorable babies who took after her.
Tammy ached to hold those children–Sienna’s children. ‘What are their names?‘ he wondered desperately.
Coughing, Tammy reached out toward Sienna, his hand trembling.
But just as Sienna stepped back, he suddenly spat out a mouthful of blood and dropped to his knees.
Sienna’s eyes flickered in alarm, and she hurried to catch him in her arms.
“Tammy Tobin! What’s happening?” Nora cried out, scrambling to grab some tissues to wipe the blood from his mouth.
Sienna quickly checked his pulse, but jerked her hand back like she’d been burned.
“You… you drank poison,” she choked out, barely able to get the words out.
Sienna’s eyes turned red, locking onto him with a desperate, unblinking stare.
“Tammy Tobin, are you insane? You actually drank poison? Enna, we have to get him to the hospital–now!” Nora shouted, her voice shaking with panic.
Sienna took a shaky breath, her lashes trembling as she closed her eyes. “It’s too late,” she whispered.
The poison had already seeped into all his organs–even a miracle couldn’t save him now.
Tears shimmered in Sienna’s eyes, her heart heavy and suffocating, like something was stuck there and just wouldn’t go away.
Nora was completely stunned, her legs giving out as she collapsed to the floor. She just couldn’t process what was happening. ‘How… how could it end up like this?‘ she thought, her mind blank.
‘I never wanted Tammy to die,‘ Nora thought numbly.
Tammy finally smiled, a look of peace settling over his face as he reached out to gently caress Sienna’s cheek.
He softly wiped away the tears at the corner of her eye.
His voice shook as he whispered, “Enna, don’t cry… What are the names of your babies?”
