Rosalie didn’t even look at Quinton; she immediately took out acupuncture needles and inserted them into Glenn’s crucial acupoints.
Quinton got the picture and let Rosalie do her thing. He stood back, frowning a bit, keeping an eye on Glenn. If things got ugly, they’d have to rush him to the ER. Truth be told, he figured Rosalie was not more on the ball than Dylan.
Dylan, looking a bit antsy, piped up, “We ought to get Mr. Bronson to the hospital pronto. Our gear here is pretty basic, and I’m worried about any hiccups
“We can’t budge him now. He’s seizing; it’s too risky to move him. Let’s wait till he levels out,” Rosalie shot down the idea, her serious vibe making it tough to argue.
Dylan was left speechless. Quinton gave him a cold stare that froze any comebacks.
With Rosalie’s help, Glenn’s seizures started to ease up.
As Glenn showed signs of improvement, Quinton started to put more faith in Rosalie, whose medical chops were way better than Dylan’s.
Glenn’s face started to regain its color. As he slowly blinked open his eyes, he saw Rosalie there.
“Sir, just take it easy for now. No talking or moving,” Rosalie gently reminded Glenn.
Glenn gave her a slight nod, choosing to rest instead of talking.
Seeing Glenn bounce back, Dylan let out a huge sigh of relief. Crisis averted; otherwise, he’d be in deep doo–doo.
At that moment, Dylan stole a glance at Rosalie, who was doing acupuncture on Glenn, thinking how lucky they were to have her around. Otherwise, he might’ve pushed for the hospital. If something went south on the way, it could’ve been a disaster.
After a bit, Glenn got his voice back. He took a breath and told Rosalie, “I owe you big time; without you, I might’ve kicked the bucket today.”
“It’s no biggie; just a little blip. I’ve given you acupuncture, so just rest up and you’ll be good to go.” Rosalie downplayed it, not wanting Glenn to feel weighed down.
Quinton looked at his grandpa with concern. “Grandpa, how you feeling now?”
Glenn gave him a cool look. “Better than before, don’t sweat it.”
Even though things seemed under control, Quinton thought it best to get Glenn to the hospital while he was calm. He turned to Rosalie. “Can we take
him now?”
Seeing Glenn was on the mend, Rosalie agreed, “We can head out, but the hospital’s just for more checks. For a full recovery, you gotta follow my treatment plan and no random meds.”
It was thanks to her that Glenn was safe this time, but the house didn’t have the full medical setup. A hospital visit for a thorough check–up would be smarter. Plus, it ensured better care for Glenn’s health even when she wasn’t around.
“Alright, you should go with him.” Quinton nodded, on board with Rosalie’s plan.
From Rosalie’s quick and efficient rescue, Quinton realized she had the real deal, so he was naturally gonna follow her treatment.
Rosalie didn’t figure on going to the hospital, but seeing Glenn’s condition, she felt uneasy about leaving him. After mulling it over, she decided to tag
along.
Quinton turned to his grandpa. “Grandpa, I’m taking you to the hospital. She will be with us, so just relax.” Quinton was worried Glenn might dig in his heels about the hospital, so he made sure to mention Rosalie was coming too.

Sure enough, when Glenn heard Rosalie was in, he nodded and said, “Alright.”

Soon, the ambulance pulled up at the Bronson residence. Quinton helped Glenn into the rig, then, with a stern look, turned to Rosalie and said, “You’re with me.” Without waiting for a reply, Quinton was already in his car.
Watching Quinton’s high–handed act, Rosalie had to smirk. He was the classic rich kid, jumping in the car without waiting. But she kept her thoughts to herself and just got in after him.
At that moment, Dylan rushed over to Quinton’s car. “Mr. Bronson, should I come along?”
Quinton gave him a displeased look. Dylan’s performance today was a real letdown. “Nope, you’re not needed.” With that, he didn’t wait for a reply and told the driver to roll.
Dylan felt like he’d hit rock bottom, his hopes dashed. “I’m toast… completely screwed this time.” He was afraid he’d never get to treat any Bronson again. If the director found out, Dylan might get booted from the hospital.
Inside the rolling Rolls–Royce, the tension was thick as thieves.
Even though it was summer, sitting next to Quinton, Rosalie could feel the cold vibe he put out. Just a moment ago, he was all gentle with Glenn. Now that Glenn was gone, he was back to his usual frosty self.
Rosalie kept quiet as Quinton thought back to her saving Glenn. He suddenly asked, curious, “How long you been studying medicine?”
Rosalie answered slowly, “I’ve been learning medicine since I was a kid.”
“So, you’ve known Ruby since you were little?” Quinton asked, probing gently.
Rosalie replied, “Yeah.”
Quinton thought, ‘No wonder when I saw her handling the needles, it was like watching a smooth dance–fast, precise, and spot–on. She is clearly Ruby’s star pupil. If we couldn’t get Ruby herself, having her top student as Grandpa’s main doctor is definitely a solid plan.
‘This way, if we faced tough situations again, she could invite Ruby over. With this in mind, Quinton looked at Rosalie, wanting to know more. A gentle breeze passed, and the sunlight perfectly lit up her face. Quinton found himself suddenly drawn to her radiant beauty.
As Rosalie took in the view, she suddenly felt eyes on her. She turned and met Quinton’s intense gaze. “What are you staring at?” Rosalie asked, getting straight to the point.
